Localized Spend Thresholds for International Markets

Take full control of your global promotions with market-specific spend thresholds. Instead of relying on fluctuating daily exchange rates, you can now set exact, fixed qualifying amounts for every currency you sell in (e.g., $100 USD, $140 CAD, or £80 GBP) within a single gift setup. This eliminates the need for duplicate campaigns and ensures your profit margins stay protected no matter where your customers are shopping.
Take your email and SMS marketing to the next level by generating thousands of unique, single-use discount codes based on any existing rule in your store. This update allows you to provide a personalized shopping experience while preventing discount abuse, ensuring that your marketing spend stays protected while your sales grow.

Discounted pricing as Strikethrough Pricing on Collection Pages

Why wait for the product page to show the sale?
You can now display automatic strikethrough pricing directly on your Collection pages. Previously limited to product pages, this upgrade ensures shoppers see your deals immediately while browsing your store's grids.
This helps increase click-through rates and drives more traffic to your discounted items right from the start.

Protect Your Margins: New Control for Fixed Amount Discounts

We've added a important margin-protection setting for "Amount Off" discounts in the Progress Bar. You can now choose to spread the discount value across eligible items rather than applying it to each item individually. For example, a "$10 Off" reward will now take a total of $10 off the bundle, rather than $10 off every single shirt in the cart.

New Reward Logic: "Highest Tier" vs. "Stacking" Gifts

You now have more control over how customers unlock rewards. Previously, shoppers collected every gift as they hit new milestones. Now, you can choose a "Highest Tier" setting. This encourages shoppers to "trade up" to a single, higher-value reward (e.g., unlocking the Gold reward replaces the Silver one) rather than stacking multiple smaller gifts. This is great for managing inventory while keeping engagement high.
You can now incentivize higher spending with premium shipping options. We've added the ability to select specific shipping methods for each tier in the Goal-Based Progress Bar. This lets you build a powerful tiered structure, such as "Spend $50 for Free Standard Shipping" and "Spend $100 for Free Express Shipping," driving customers to add just one more item to get it faster.
The Goal-Based Progress Bar just got a major versatility upgrade. You can now reward customers with Tiered Order Discounts (e.g., "Spend $100, Get 10% Off Your Entire Order") directly in the progress bar. Previously limited to specific products or free gifts, this new option lets you gamify the total cart value, making it easier than ever to incentivize larger purchases and drive up your Average Order Value.
We've removed a major friction point at checkout for our Shopify Plus merchants. You can now configure "Free Gift on Checkout" offers that stack seamlessly with other discounts using a single code. Your customers no longer have to choose between their free gift and a coupon code, they can enjoy both, leading to happier shoppers and higher conversion rates.
Protect your margins on recurring orders. We've added a new eligibility setting to "Free Gift on Checkout" offers. You can now choose exactly when the gift appears: on subscription products only, non-subscription products only, or both. This is perfect if you want to exclude free gifts from low-margin subscription orders or, conversely, use them exclusively to drive new subscribers.
You asked for more flexibility, and we delivered. When building a Combined Discount, you can now choose to setup a product discount to "Sell at a Fixed Price" (e.g., "Get this hat for exactly $10"). Previously limited to "Percentage Off" or "Amount Off," this new option lets you run attractive bundle-style pricing strategies within the combined discount's product discount option.
